Blue4Green
City of Bruges - an European Urban Initiative Innovative Action (2025-2028)Blue4Green explores how Bruges can revive its historical relationship with water while preparing for a changing climate. By reusing and upgrading existing infrastructure, the city is building a smarter, more sustainable system to manage water for parks, street trees and biodiversity. The project combines digital innovation with local knowledge, making visible how water moves through the city and how citizens, heritage and ecosystems are all part of the same story.
