Newsletter

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name and email address for the sole purpose of sending you updates via email. This is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We use the service provider MailerLite (UAB "MailerLite", J. Basanavičiaus 15, LT-03108 Vilnius, Lithuania) to manage and send newsletters. Your data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties other than MailerLite for this purpose. Your data will be kept until you unsubscribe. You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing.

Contact by email
When you contact us by email, we process your name, email address, and message in order to respond to your inquiry. This is based on our legitimate interest in communicating with you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep this correspondence only as long as necessary to handle your request.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time (for the newsletter). If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
